連CNN都要報道的??韓國美食!????「春川辣炒雞」,?這次加了大量的水牛芝士碎在旁邊,??勢必讓芝士控的粉絲大聲尖叫‼️ 準備好要拉絲狀態喔~?(食譜如下,謝謝??)


「春村辣炒雞」

材料:-
雞腿肉(切條)......380g
水牛芝士碎.........150g
椰菜(切塊)..........1/4個
蕃薯(切薄片)......1個
韓式年糕.............15條
蔥(切段)..............2棵

醬汁材料:-
韓國辣椒醬......3湯匙
玉米糖漿..........2湯匙
韓國米酒..........1.5湯匙
韓國醬油..........1湯匙
韓國辣椒粉......1湯匙
蒜蓉.................1湯匙
芝麻油..............1湯匙
胡椒粉..............1/4茶匙

做法:-
1. 將所有醬汁材料混合拌勻,然後加入雞腿肉條醃30分鐘。
2. 把平底煎盤安裝在Récolte Home BBQ煱之底座上,然後依序放入椰菜、番薯、韓式年糕、蔥段、雞肉連醬汁,把溫度調校至(3) ,直至炒熟雞肉和番薯便可。
